<p>A system and a method for predicting a tissue target of a peptide sequence using a mathematical model are provided to save cost and time required for a test whether a peptide targets a specific tissue or not by predicting the specific tissue targeting of the peptide using a program-stored record media. A system for predicting a tissue target of a peptide sequence using a mathematical model comprises: a micro-computer(10) consisting of a program recording media(11), a CPU(12) and an input and output portion(13); an input means(12); and an output means(13). A method for predicting the tissue target of the peptide sequence using the mathematical model comprises the steps of: (a) acquiring a specimen of a peptide sequence which targets a specific tissue after passing through a small intestine; (b) acquiring a specimen of a peptide sequence not-targeting the corresponding tissue based on the sequence obtained from the step(a); (c) after respectively storing the acquired specimens into a set, arbitrarily extracting to classify them into a set for mathematical model training and a set for mathematical model verification; (d) providing a descriptor value and an active value to an individual peptide sequence; (e) training using the peptide set for training and the mathematical model; (f) predicting whether the peptide set for verification targets a specific tissue using the trained mathematical model; and (g) verifying the trained mathematical model. Further, the descriptor value is expressed by measuring a structure of molecular, an amino acid, peptide.</p> |
