PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely manage the charged state of a charger. SOLUTION: The charger having a charging circuit 1, performing constant voltage charging of a charging object secondary batter RB by applying a constant voltage at least in the last stage of charging, is provided with a means VS for detecting the voltage applied to the charging object secondary batter RB during constant-voltage charging; and a means MM for storing correction information, indicating correspondence of the voltage applied to the secondary batter RB and the full-charge capacity during constant voltage charging for the charging object secondary batter RB.
