<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop part forming device capable of easily carrying out operations, simplifying and saving spaces. <P>SOLUTION: The water stop part forming device 10 includes a base 6, a pair of wire support jigs 7 arranged with a space therebetween on the base 6, a bottom mold 8 and a top mold 18 mutually separably contacted a wire harness 1 whose longitudinal direction is positioned in a horizontal direction by the wire support jigs 7, and also fixing the wire harness 1 in a state in which a wire 1a positioned at a center of its width direction is made highest and a wire 1a is made gradually lower toward the wire 1a positioned at the end of its width direction, a water stop material mounting part 9 in contact with a lower surface of the wire harness 1 in a state mounting a water stop material 11, and an electric wire bundle pressing part 19 placing the water stop material 11 against an upper surface of the wire harness 1 and pinching the wire harness 1 against the water stop material mounting part 9 and thus making the water stop material 11 wound around the outer peripheral face of each wire 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
