摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of stably emitting light having low coherence in an external resonance type laser light source apparatus. SOLUTION: An external resonance type laser light source apparatus has a first mirror for resonance, a second mirror that transmits a part of laser light obtained by resonating a fundamental wave light as a target of external resonance and reflects the remaining light toward the first mirror, a laser medium arranged between the first mirror and the second mirror, and a wavelength selection element which is arranged between the first mirror and the second mirror, and which enters a plurality of fundamental wave light passing through different light paths from each other and selectively transmits light having a predetermined wavelength included in each fundamental wave light.
