PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of sanitarily storing a rice scoop while retaining the humidity and temperature without placing a separate-placement type rice scoop storage case by penetrating and storing the rice scoop to the upper edge of a pot of the rice cooker with a handle of the rice scoop turned outside and a serving plate side turned inside in a detachable state in a single operation as a storage means for the rice scoop for serving boiled rice from a rice cooker, reducing the adhesion of boiled rice in use and sanitarily serving the boiled rice. SOLUTION: The rice scoop made of a material hard to transfer heat is detachably attached to the upper edge of the pot of the rice cooker in a single operation with the handle side turned outside and the serving plate turned inside, the rice scoop is formed with a narrowed part and the pot upper edge has a fitting of a trapezoidal shape and an edge lid shield to retain air tightness or prevent deviation in the front/rear direction, a rice scoop fixing magnet 3 is installed for fixing in the storage to surely, sanitarily and easily attach/detach the rice scoop, and in cooking, a cooking edge lid 4 is attached to a detachable penetration edge 6 so as to cook in a regular method.
