The sensor (1) has a movement part i.e. head chip (3), including a contact piece made of metal, and a resin component provided at the contact piece. An end side of the contact piece has a contact area that is in contact with a measuring object. An oscillation determining element is attached on another end side of the contact piece. The resin component is arranged on the latter end side and limited at an oscillation isolating component. The resin component is formed by industrial plastic e.g. polyacetal.
