PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel with which the higher efficiency of the manufacturing steps and development steps of a display device is achieved, and to provide the display device itself mounted with such display panel. SOLUTION: The display unit mounted within the display device is provided with a leg ring. Then, one component of the display device called a display unit is made easily movable via the leg ring. When a plurality of the leg rings are provided, the leg rings are preferably arranged in a column shape or annular shape on the side face of the display unit. If the leg rings are arranged in the column shape, the corners of the display unit are hardly contactable with the ground plane of the leg rings. Also, when the leg rings are arranged in the annular shape, the corners of the display unit are hardly contactable with the ground plane of the leg rings and in addition, the display unit is made easier to be supported by the leg rings and the display unit is stably made movable.
