<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teleconference system enabling users at a long distance to easily participate in a conference, capable of securing positive progress where the users say something by themselves, and capable of significantly reducing the trouble required to create a result of a conference. <P>SOLUTION: The teleconference system receives speech information inputted by an inputting means of a terminal device, temporarily holds the information, and then transmits the received speech information to all the terminal devices participating in the teleconference. The speech information displayed on a displaying means of the terminal device is classified into several attributes by the inputting means of the terminal device and received as speech attribute data. The received speech attribute data and the speech information are stored in an information database.
