A measuring apparatus of a filter exchange time in a water purifier is provided to enable a user to replace the clogged filter with a new filter immediately when the filter is clogged by accurately measuring whether a filter of the water purifier is clogged or not, allowing the user to determine easily which filter has been clogged when using a combination of various filters, and properly calculate the exchange time of the filter. In a water purifier comprising a sediment filter(2) for primarily filtering raw water and a membrane filter(4) for filtering water passing through the sediment filter, a measuring apparatus of a filter exchange time in the water purifier comprises: a first flow amount detecting unit(10) installed on a rear end of the sediment filter to determine whether the sediment filter has been clogged or not by detecting the amount of water passing through the sediment filter; and a second flow amount detecting unit(20) installed on a rear end of the membrane filter to determine whether the membrane filter has been clogged or not by detecting the amount of water passing through the membrane filter. The measuring apparatus further comprises a water discharge valve(30) installed on a channel between a rear end of the first flow amount detecting unit and a filtration membrane of the membrane filter to check whether the sediment filter has been clogged or not by discharging water. Further, the water discharge valve is alternatable into life water valve installed at one side of the membrane filter.
