METHOD FOR PREPARING A CHARCOAL USING COMBUSTIBLE ORGANIC WASTE MATTERS

A method for preparing a carbonized charcoal by using combustible organic waste by-products with improved recovery ratios is provided. A method for preparing a carbonized charcoal by using a combustible organic food by-product comprises the steps of: (a) mixing 10 to 15 weight parts of bark with 60 to 80 weight parts of a combustible organic food by-product; (b) injecting the mixture into a sealed tunnel type peristaltic vacuum electric furnace and continuously carbonizing the mixture at 500 to 800 deg.C for 1 to 3 hours to produce a carbonized powder; (c) injecting nitrogen gas into the carbonized powder and extinguishing the carbonized powder to produce a carbon powder; (d) mixing a coconut carbonized powder and vegetable starch with the carbon powder such that 15 to 25 weight parts of the coconut carbonized powder is mixed with 100 weight parts of the carbon powder, and subjecting the mixture to an injection molding and an extrusion molding to form a molded carbonized charcoal; and (e) drying the molded carbonized charcoal.
