FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to biotechnology, particularly to methods of obtaining vaccine preparations using genetic engineering and immunology methods. Proposal is given of pBMC-gp140(A)-hum expression plasma DNA, containing the gp140(A)-hum artificial gene, for expressing the Gp140(A)-hum protein in eukaryotic organism cells, which allows for 6-8 fold increase of output of the synthetic Gp140(A)-hum protein compared to the prototype.
