PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of the front part of a car body, which structure can furthermore surely transfer a load from a front side frame to an apron reinforcement and can furthermore sufficiently disperse the load compared with the structure for forming a hollow section between the front part and a member on the car body side by the sheet metal stamping method. SOLUTION: A connecting member 25 is formed by bending a hollow member having a closed section, and also comprises at least a lower end portion 25A to be fixed to the front side frame 1, intermediate portions 25B, 25C which rise from the lower end portion 25A so as to curve and elongate up to the apron reinforcement 22 along a suspension tower portion 23, and a rear end portion 25D which curves rearward from the intermediate portions 25B, 25C, and elongates rearward along the apron reinforcement 22, and is connected to the car body.
