PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid reserving apparatus which enables a degradation of a reserved liquid to be suppressed effectively and the suppressing effect to be maintained even when the reserved liquid is discharged little by little. SOLUTION: The reserving apparatus 1 is composed of a reserving container 3 capable of reserving the liquid airtightly, an extraction valve 5 to extract the liquid from the reserving container, an inert gas feeding means 11 to feed an inert gas into the reserving container and a purge valve 7 to purge a gas in the reserving container. The inert gas feeding means is composed of a gas tank 13 and an inert gas generating device 15.
