METHOD FOR CARDIOMYOTOMY PERFORMING AT THE ESOPHAGEAL ACHALASIA

A method for cardiomyotomy performing at the esophageal achalasia is carried out by cuting of esophagogastric junction muscular tunic. After performing of cardiomyotomy the esophagogastric junction mucous tunic is coated with a flap of synthetic material on the base of “Serdzhysek New-Nit" oxidated regenerable cellulose or “Takhokomb" collagen, prepared in proportion to a size of muscular tunic area, and the flap is fixed to the edges of cut muscular tunic by interrupted sutures.
