A reservation processing apparatus of a walkie-talkie is provided to enhance user convenience by providing a function of setting an alarm or a wake-up call, reserved communication or reserved character transmission according to a user schedule. A time circuit unit(51) counts a time. A memory(46) stores a reservation scheduler program for processing reservation, and reservation setting data set to be reserved by a user. A display unit(44) provides a user interface screen image for setting reservation. A controller(48) drives a reservation scheduler program stored in the memory to provide a user interface screen image for setting reservation to the display unit according to a reservation setting request by manipulating a key input unit(42). When a type of a reservation item is selected, content including a reservation time is inputted, and a reservation setting is requested, the controller registers and stores the reservation content in the memory. When an interrupt for checking the reservation occurs, the controller checks the content of the set reservation of the memory and processes reservation accordingly.
