A cold curable adhesive composition is provided to enhance the adhesion between a PET film and a metal sheet during the production of a high-gloss sheet, and to realize excellent adhesion at a low temperature of about 180 deg.C. A cold curable adhesive composition comprises: (i) acid components formed of 100 parts by weight of a polyester resin composition comprising 30-100 parts by weight of terephthalic acid, 20-70 parts by weight of isophthalic acid, 10-30 parts by weight of sebacic acid and 0-5 parts by weight of trimellitic anhydride, and alcohol components formed of 10-80 parts by weight of ethylene glycol, 10-80 parts by weight of trimethylol propane; (ii) 1-20 parts by weight of a curing agent; (ii) 100-300 parts by weight of a solvent; and (iv) 0-3 parts by weight of a curing catalyst. |
