A method for preparing a body cleanser is provided to obtain the body cleanser which prevents skin aging, alleviates atopy symptoms and shows excellent moisturizing effect by mixing lauric acid, allantoin, myristic acid, camellia oil, aloe, an extract of sea grass, and sesame oil with an extract of red ginseng maltol. A method for preparing a body cleanser comprises the steps of: (a) diluting EDTA-2Na, butyl hydroxy toluene(B.H.T), disodium cocoamphodiacetate, cocamidopropyl betaine, KOH, a dimethylpolysiloxane mixture, ethylene glycol monostearate, and lauramide DEA into distilled water in a dissolution tank; (b) mixing lauric acid, allantoin, myristic acid, camellia oil, aloe, an extract of sea grass, and sesame oil with a diluted solution obtained from the step(a) at a temperature of 70-80 deg.C; (c) after ripening a mixture obtained from the step(b), mixing it with an extract of red ginseng maltol in a vacuum with heating at a temperature of 50-60 deg.C; and (d) naturally cooling a mixture obtained from the step(c) with mixing perfume and herb essential oil therewith, wherein the extract of red ginseng maltol is prepared by extracting powdered red ginseng with an aqueous solution of ethanol in a heating tank at a temperature of 75-85 deg.C for 1-2 hours and cooling an extract, repeating the extraction and cooling, and concentrating a maltol extract to obtain a concentrate. Further, the sesame oil is used after an incense of the sesame oil is removed.
