A sealing container with a vacuum pump is provided to form integrally a pump for discharging the air in a storing space to the outside to form a vacuum condition. A sealing container with a vacuum pump includes a body and a pumping unit(30). A storing space is formed on the body to store food or contents and an opening portion is formed on one side of the body. The pumping unit is coupled to the opening portion of the body to open and close the storing space selectively. When the pumping unit is coupled to the body, the pumping unit discharges the air in the storing space to the outside. The pumping unit includes a guide portion(31), a first check valve(34), a cylinder(46) and a pumping rod(41). The first check valve is installed on the guide portion.
