<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shake correcting device having high shake correcting accuracy, and optical equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The shake correcting device 10 includes: sensors 61x and 61y detecting the relative movement of a first member 40 and a second member 30 capable of moving relatively on a plane perpendicular to an optical axis when correcting shake; and a flexible member 70 including mounting parts 70xc and 70yc which are provided on one plane perpendicular to the optical axis of the first member 40 and on which the sensors 61x and 61y are mounted, and bent parts 70xb and 70yb which are bent from the mounting parts 70xc and 70yc.
