PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner outdoor unit having improved flame preventive property while suppressing frame propagation via a wire. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner outdoor unit 1 comprises a terminal part 51 to which the external wire is connected, a casing body 61 for storing the terminal part 51, an outside face cover member mounted on an outside face 63 of the casing body 61 and having an opening, and a spreading fire preventive part 74. The spreading fire preventing part 74 which is frame retardance covers the wire 11 which extends from the opening the outside face cover member through a space formed between the outside face cover member and the outside face 63 to the terminal part 51, and has compression contact with the wire 11.
