A shoe heel having a shock absorbing implement made of soft material is provided to reduce fatigue of a user by absorbing shock in walking through a shoe heel and to improve durability of the shock absorbing material through soft material such as silicone or rubber. A shoe heel having a shock absorbing implement comprises: an empty space(2) formed in a body part(1) of the shoe heel; upper and lower opened parts(3,4) formed on the upper and lower end of the empty space; a screw part(3a) formed on the peripheral side of the upper opened part; a manipulating implement(5) operating upward or downward, which is inserted into the empty space; a cylinder shaped shock absorbing implement(6) established on the manipulating implement; a ventilation hole(6a) formed only in a vertical downward direction; and an air hole(7) for air ventilation. |
