FIELD: medicine; oncology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods of early diagnostics of cancer metastasis, specifically regional lymph node metastasis for patients suffering from skin melanoma. Regional lymph nodes are examined within Doppler colour mapping. Pulse index (PI), resistance index (RI), peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV), Stewart index (S/D). If values are as follows: PI - 1.000 to 5.000, RI - 1.000 to 2.000, PSV - 15.5 cm/s to 19.9 cm/s, EDV - to 2.5 cm/s, S/D - less than 2.5, absence of regional lymph nodes metastasis is diagnosed. Values: PI - 0.300 to 1.010, RI - 0.280 to 1.000, PSV - 7.0 cm/s to 15.5 cm/s, EDV - 2.5 cm/s to 12.0 cm/s, S/D - 2.5 to 11.0 indicates regional lymph nodes metastasis. ^ EFFECT: enables to increase accuracy of diagnostics of cancer metastasis. ^ 3 ex |
