PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid resin-based composition which contains a polylactic acid which is modified and yet attains suppressed long-term change and excellent moldability and processability. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid resin-based composition comprises a polylactic acid (A) and a polylactic acid block copolymer (B) and is characterized by having an acid value of 10-60 [eq./t] as measured by the method defined in the text and a melt volume flow rate (MVR) of 5-20 [cm3/10 min] as measured according to JIS K7210.
