摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyol composition for a rigid polyurethane foam, which forms a rigid polyurethane foam having excellent burning resistance by Cone calorie test and has excellent storage stability and to provide a method for producing a rigid polyurethane foam using the polyol composition. <P>SOLUTION: The polyol composition for a foamed rigid polyurethane foam is a polyol composition that comprises a polyol compound, water being a blowing agent, a foam stabilizer and a catalyst, is mixed and reacted with a polyisocyanate component to form a rigid polyurethane foam. The polyol compound is an ester polyol between a polyoxyethylene glycol and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid, the polyoxyethylene glycol has an average molecular weight of 150-500, the aromatic dicarboxylic acid is composed of o-phthalic acid or o-phthalic acid and terephthalic acid.
