PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a sense of interference that a viewer feels, by reducing video images from being excessively affected each other even when video images of different classes such as video categories are displayed in a video control apparatus in which a plurality of video images are displayed on the same screen. SOLUTION: On the basis of a combination of video information relating to attributes of a plurality of inputted video sources, image quality of each of the video images is determined, and video data are converted and outputted onto a video display unit in such a way that image quality of each of the video images becomes the determined image quality, respectively.
