The invention relates to an arrangement for insertion of an implant (2), in particular of a dental implant, which has an external thread (20) and can be screwed into a bone by means of a tool, wherein the implant (2) has a re ceiving opening (6) with an at least partially conical inner face (26). A pe g of an attachment part, which can be connected to the implant (22) after th e latter's insertion, can be fitted into the receiving opening. The arrangem ent is to be further developed such that the insertion of the implant (2) ca n be performed in a simple and yet functionally reliable manner. For this pu rpose, it is proposed that a screwing-in tool (4) has a peg (8) with a conic al outer face (44), which peg (8) engages in the receiving opening (6) of th e implant (2), and that the conical outer face (44) is designed correspondin g to the conical inner face (26) of the implant (2), and bears at least part ially thereon, such that at least a predetermined part of the torque necessa ry for screwing in the implant (2) can be transmitted via the self-inhibitin g cone connection of the screwing-in tool (4) with the implant (2).
