PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press shearing die which can concurrently shear a horizontal part and a vertical wall part of the edge portion of work in a single process without addition of a complicated cam process, and remarkably reduce the number of operation steps and operation time. SOLUTION: The press shearing die is composed by connecting a rotary-cutter device 10 to cut the vertical wall part of the work with the press die that comprises an upper die set 1 having an upper stationary blade 5 on a bottom face and a lower die set 6 having a lower stationary blade 8 on a top face. The rotary-cutter device has a body plate 11 fixed at an appropriate position in the lower side of the upper die set and has a rotary cam 12 with a supporting collar on the inside periphery attached rotatably to the body plate, so that the rotary cam can shear the vertical wall part of the work during a cutting process of descending the upper die set.
