METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR QOS PROVIDE OF FLOW BASED IN IPV6 SERVICE NETWORK

A method and a system for providing QOS based on flow in a IPv6(Internet Protocol version6) service network are provided to enable a network operating server to authenticate a QOS value according to each flow of a mobile terminal on a router capable of processing flow-based packets and provide the QOS value to all routers on a path, thereby providing end-to-end QOS in an IPv6-based BcN(Broadband convergence Network). A source terminal(202) transmits a flow service request message including flow information, QOS(Quality Of Service) requirements, to an AR(Access Router)(204). The AR extracts the flow information the received flow service request message(214). The AR requests a network operating server(206) to check the extracted flow information(218). The AR transmits the checked flow information to the source terminal(220). The source terminal transmits a flow information receiving Ack(Acknowledgement) message to the AR(222). The source terminal constructs a flow list of session information(224). The AR constructs the flow cache of a session(226).
