PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit and method for easily and efficiently sampling a crystal produced by a chemical reaction. SOLUTION: This crystal sampling kit comprises: a non-magnetic closed-end cylindrical body insertable into and removable from the reaction vessel; an insertion body that is insertable into and removable from the non-magnetic closed-end cylindrical body and has a magnet or magnetic substance; and a magnet put into reaction liquid. This crystal sampling method comprises steps of: inputting the magnet into the reaction liquid; performing crystallization without taking out the magnet; and taking out of the reaction vessel the magnet on which crystal is adhered and formed.
