A bearing roller chain is provided to improve wear resistance of a bearing roller and to prevent impurities from being flowed into the bearing roller by installing a multi-seal structured seal mechanism. A bearing roller chain comprises a bush(7) having a bearing roller(6) fitted into a bush hole(5a) of a pair of inner link plates(5), and a seal mechanism installed between the inner link plates and the bearing roller. The bearing roller consists of plural rollers(10) having inward flanges(10a) to be parallel to a center axis of the bush between the rollers and the bush. The bearing roller also has side wheels(12) fitted into the inner periphery of the bush and attached to the inside of the inner link plate and the side of the rollers. The seal mechanism includes a hook type oil seal member(13), a spacer(14), and a disc type seal member(15). The hook type oil seal member is sequentially placed toward the inside of the inner link plate from the outside of the rollers. The disc type seal member has a flange extended toward the outside of the rollers. The oil seal member consists of a hook type end part, and a pair of lip parts divided into two from the end part. The lip parts, which are mounted on a hollow part formed at the outer end of the inner periphery in the rollers through the hook type end part, have one side attached to the side wheels and the other side attached to the spacer. The spacer is fitted into the outside of the side wheels through an inner hole formed at the center. The disc type seal member fitted into the outside of the side wheels through an inner hole formed at the center to fit the flange into a gap formed on a hook type groove. |
