A blackboard constructing method is provided to install a blackboard on the construction surface by applying an adhesive member while removing foreign materials and fixing a base plate of a base part on the construction surface by a combining unit while bonding the base plate by the adhesive member. A blackboard constructing method comprises the steps of: removing foreign materials on a construction surface(1) where a blackboard(21) is installed; equally applying an adhesive member(12) on the cleaned construction surface; attaching a base plate(11) of a base part(10) by the adhesive member and fixing the attaching base plate on the construction surface by a combining unit(13); temporarily assembling a blackboard part(20) by fixing the blackboard of the blackboard part to a mounting plate(23) by a blackboard combining unit(22); fixing the mounting plate on the base plate fixed on the construction surface, by a mounting and combining unit(24); and finishing installation of the blackboard by fixing the temporarily assembled blackboard part on the base plate.
