FIELD: physics, trials. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns means of trials of products for local tightness with use of trial gases and leak detectors and application in such fields of technics, as gas, nuclear, aviation, and mechanical engineering. The invention is guided on decrease of labour input at carrying out of trials and increase of efficiency of land preparation of tested space vehicles. This effect is provided because the device includes a leak detector, a clearance gauge joined to an inlet leak detector and executed in the form of the flexible vacuum pipeline on which exterior extremity is mounted a vacuum inlet valve for an inhausting of air containing control gas transiting through the leak. The device contains also the pipeline for a purge air from control gas of a band of a product near to an arrangement of the vacuum inlet valve, and also an endoscope with the case in the form of a hollow flexible metal probe with effect of storage of the shape given to the probe. The clearance gauge of the leak detector is located in the endoscope case in such a manner that the vacuum inlet valve is on the endoscope distal extremity. The pipeline for a purge from control gas is executed flexible and located in the endoscope case in such a manner that the exterior extremity of the pipeline is on the endoscope distal extremity. ^ EFFECT: decrease of labour input at carrying out of trials and pinch of efficiency of land preparation of tested space vehicles. ^ 1 dwg |
