METHOD FOR DISPLAYING RADAR SIGNALS

The invention relates to radar engineering, in particular to methods for displaying radar signals on the screen indicators of radar stations. The aim of said invention is to improve the air picture visualisation by making it possible to display three-coordinate information on air objects on the common screen of a radar station and to visualise the coincidence of the angular position of the axis of the dual-plane antenna of the radar station with the direction to the air object. The inventive method consists in displaying radar signals relating to air objects in two mutually orthogonal coordinate systems on a single common screen using different colours for each coordinate system, wherein the combination of colours for displaying signals are selected according a condition that a colour modification effect of marks when marks of different colours coincide on the screen is produced.
