PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quartz oscillation device which improves environment resistance performance such as impulse resistance or frequency change with time and has high operational reliability. SOLUTION: A first pad electrode and a second pad electrode formed on front and rear sides of a quartz oscillation element 2 in a plane-view rectangular shape are disposed in parallel, in a plane view, on a straight line extending in a lengthwise direction of the quartz oscillation element 2 and are conductively bonded in one-to-one correspondence with a first conduction pad 13 and a second conduction pad 14 formed on the inner bottom of a ceramic package 1 via first and second conductive resin bonding materials S1, S2.
