<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a door panel or a section adjacent to a door from being broken, and a portion other than a scheduled rupture portion from being ruptured when opening the door panel under a low-temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: An air bag door AD has a door panel 20 constructed as a portion of a base member 12 by forming scheduled rupture portions 22 in the base material 20 constituting an installment panel 10, and movable reinforcing portions 34 arranged on a reverse side of the door panel 20 to reinforce the door panel 20. In the door panel 20, an insert member 60 formed of a synthetic resin having a lower brittle temperature than a synthetic resin forming the base member 12 is arranged between the scheduled rupture portion 22 and the movable reinforcing portion 34. In a section adjacent a door 14 of the base member 12, the insert member 60 is arranged between the scheduled rupture portion 22 and a stationary reinforcing portion 32.
