PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gyrotron device allowing fine adjustment of frequency. SOLUTION: The device includes a shape changing means changing at least either of a dimension in a direction of an axis C of a cavity resonator 12 and a dimension in a direction crossing the axis C, and a drive means acting on the shape changing means to cause the change of the dimension. It is preferable that a voltage application means 9 applying a predetermined voltage to the shape changing means for the drive means, and a piezoelectric body 102 formed of a material having a property changing the dimension in response to an applied voltage is used for the shape changing means.
