A flat panel display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify an operation of aligning a circuit film when attaching the circuit film to a pad or a PCB(Printed Circuit Board), thereby reducing a tact time. In a flat display panel(401), plural pad units are formed. In a circuit film(408a,408b), a driver IC(Integrated Circuit) is built. The circuit film has plural packaging units(420) and a connection unit(421) for connecting the packaging units, and is attached to the flat display panel. In each of the packaging units, a connection unit attached to each of the pad units and a driving IC(410) connected to the connection unit are mounted. |
