An integrated probe block having an anisotropic silicone connector and a detachable joint plate is provided to exchange parts quickly by simply separating and combining only a needle block assembly while the needle block assembly, the joint plate, and an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) assembly are combined on a probe base. In an integrated probe block having an anisotropic silicone connector and a detachable joint plate(200), a needle block assembly(100) is composed of a housing(110) and a side plate. The housing comprises a combining groove, a joining hole, and a combining hole separated from each other on the upper section and joining grooves formed at left and right sections about the upper section. The side plate has plural probe pins(120) fixed at the lower section of the housing and a support shaft(130) fixing the probe pins to the housing. The joint plate comprises a fixing sill(210) formed at the lower end of one side to join with the needle block assembly, a combining sill(220) formed at the upper end of the other side facing the fixing sill, a first FPC sheet(230) extended from the combining sill to the lower fixing sill, and a TAB IC(Taped Automated Bonding Integrated Circuit)(240) attached on the fixing sill of the first FPC sheet. An FPC assembly(300) is composed of a second FPC sheet(310) attached with a silicone connector(311) at one end or the other end, in order to be electrically connected with the first FPC sheet of the joint plate, an FPC block joined to one end of the second FPC sheet, and placed on the combining sill of the joint plate and fixed, and a pogo block(330) combined to the other end of the second FPC sheet and connected to a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). |
