<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain an electrode connection that is equivalent to or better than the conventional types, with low energy by minimizing occurrence of an energy loss at the time of the connection of a circuit electrode due to photo-curing. <P>SOLUTION: The method for the connection of the circuit electrode comprises disposing a photo-curable resin with adhesiveness in between circuit members 1 and 2, which are prepared by forming connection electrodes, on a substrate with optical transparency and at least one or both of which have a connecting electrode that is a transparent electrode; disposing the connecting electrodes of both circuit members so as to face each other; electrically connecting the electrodes of both circuit members by photo-curing of the resin; and simultaneously making fixedly adhering of the circuit member 1 and the circuit member 2, where a light source for curing resins is placed on one circuit member side, an optically reflective material with a reflectance of 73.0% or higher is placed on the other circuit member side, and is photo-cured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
