PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide construction equipment which is provided with a noise reducing means for effectively reducing noise in a cab and being applicable to construction equipment of a different type. SOLUTION: The construction equipment is formed of an engine 2, a hydraulic pump driven by the engine 2, an activation section driven by pressure oil supplied from the hydraulic pump, and the cab 1 in which the operator rides, for driving and controlling the engine and the hydraulic pump.
