<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing having a chemical conversion coating film formed in at least one of an outer ring rolling surface, an inner ring rolling surface and a rolling body rolling surface, wherein spaces between fine crystal particles of the chemical conversion coating film is filled with lubricant having excellent abrasion resistance, and abrasion between the rolling surface of a rolling body, and rolling surfaces of an inner ring and an outer ring is prevented even under a condition of a low speed rotation and a high load. <P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing 1 for a continuous casting machine supports a guide roll 26 for guiding a casting piece of the continuous casting machine wherein a plurality of rolling bodies 4 are provided between the outer ring 2 and the inner ring 3 and the chemical conversion coating film is formed in at least one of the rolling surface 2a of the outer ring 2, the rolling surface 3a of the inner ring 3 and the rolling surface of a rolling body 4. The spaces between the crystal particles of the chemical conversion coating film is filled with the lubricant holding alkali metal molybdate particles in a dispersed manner, and the lubricant is obtained by wet milling of the alkali metal molybdate in base oil added with a surface active agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
