PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when required to increase the number of radio slave units which can connect with one master unit, a lot of time and effort is required for registering the radio slave units in the conventional ID registration method. SOLUTION: When the radio master unit 100 receives an initial setting request telegram message 501, transmits an initial setting request response telegram message 502 in which a master unit identification number (ID) is set to the radio slave units 200, and they are registered. Moreover, when the radio slave unit 200 receives the initial setting request telegram message 601, transmits the initial setting request response message 602 in which a slave unit identification number (ID) is set to radio subordinate units 300, IDs of the radio subordinate units 300 are registered in a subordinate unit identification number storage means 203, and IDs of the radio slave unit 200 are stored in a slave unit identification number storage means 302.
