PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone mounting type software execution controller which can actually be made compact by being folded. SOLUTION: A first operation section 2 and a second operation section 3 are provided with guide sections 21b and 31b which guide respective side edges T1g of a mobile phone T in directions, where the respective side edges T1g extend, and a lower support section 4 is constituted to freely extend and contract so as to change the relative positions of the first operation section 2 and second operation section 3, until the respective guide sections 21b and 31b which are in contact with each other spread to allow mounting on the mobile phone T. Furthermore, the lower support section 4 is provided with a connected connector 43, which can be connected to an external connecting connector T1f, at a position corresponding to the external connecting connector T1f at the lower-end part T1e of the mobile phone T guided by the guide sections 21b and 31b, in a state where the relative positions of the first operation section 2 and second operation section 3 for guiding the side edges T1g of the mobile phone by the guide sections 21b and 31b are adjusted.
