PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide furniture with a top board, which is capable of attaining the horizontal turning regulation of the top board and enhancement of the goodness of the supporting condition of the top board by the action of a mechanism using one mechanism. SOLUTION: A preference support section 412 abutting on the lower face of the top board 5 in preference to other regions even in any turning angle which the top board 5 can assume, and a holding in mechanism 4J which can be shifted between a turning regulating condition regulating the horizontal turning of the top board 5 and making the lower face of the top board 5 abut on or bringing it into press contact with a preference support section 412 by pulling downward a turning stopper rail 5122 provided on the lower face side of the top board 5 while holding the same and the turning allowing condition allowing the horizontal turning of the top board by releasing the holding condition, are provided at a support body 4.
