A liquid crystal display device with a function of modulating gate scanning signals according to a panel is provided to remove the flicker and interference noise by minimizing the variation between charged voltage in liquid crystal cell and image driving signal voltage of data line regardless of liquid crystal panel replacement. A switching device for control is connected to a gate line and a data line corresponding to the area divided by the data and gate lines themselves, and is linked to liquid crystal cell. A gate voltage generator(118) generates the gate low voltage(120) and gate high voltage(122) required to drive gate lines. A gate driver(112) is enabled for a limited time and transmits the successively shifted gate scan signal to each gate line by using the gate low voltage and gate high voltage generated from the gate voltage generator. A gate voltage modulator(124) modulates the gate high voltage supposed to be supplied to the gate driver, adding minus polarity impulse at every regular period, and also controls the start time of the specific edge of the gate scan signal by adjusting the width according to the liquid crystal panel.
