<p>The method and holder are used for cultivation of fresias and involve two stages of activity, i.e. a first stage where the plants are placed in holders a short distance apart in the containers bulbs or seeds of fresia (14) are positioned after the insertion of substrates (12). During a first period the plants in their holders are placed in trays and maintained at a temperature between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius and during a second period they are maintained at a temperature between 8 and 15 degrees Celsius. At least 6 weeks after the substrate has been placed in the holders, the plants are removed and potted elsewhere. During the initial stages the plants in their pots are held in a tray. The potted plants, after being potted, are held for 20 weeks.</p> |
