A fatigue-relieving food composition containing a red ginseng extract and a Curcuma longa L. extract is provided to obtain the effect of overcoming mental and physical fatigues. A fatigue-relieving food composition containing a red ginseng extract and a Curcuma longa L. extract is prepared by mixing a red ginseng extract and a Curcuma longa L. extract in a ratio of 5:37~100:31. Each of the red ginseng extract and the Curcuma longa L. extract is obtained by extracting with water or ethanol, filtering and vacuum-concentrating. The food composition has an excellent effect in overcoming mental and physical fatigues.
