PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust etc., from entering inside a cartridge at loading. SOLUTION: There are provided a cam gear 142 with a cam groove 146 rotated by a driving source, and a shutter opening arm 143 having a cam projection 149 to be engaged with a cam groove 142 formed at a base end, and an engaging section 148 engaged with an operated unit 4 of a disk cartridge 31 formed at a front end and rotationally moving concentrically with a rotation wheel 43. When the engaging section 148 of the shutter opening arm 143 is engaged with the operated unit 44 of the disk cartridge with a first opening closed, the shutter opening arm 143 rotationally moves according to the rotation of the cam gear 142 and maintains shutter plates 35a, 35b with the first aperture 39 and the second aperture 43 opened.
