PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer membrane in which fullerene is regioselectively localized though it is highly apt to be agglomerated. SOLUTION: This polymer membrane comprises an amphipathic polymer comprising fullerene and a block copolymer with≤1.3 molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) in which a hydrophilic polymer component and a hydrophobic polymer component are combined through a covalent bond, where the polymer membrane has cylinders comprising the hydrophilic polymer components oriented in a fixed direction in the membrane, and the fullerene is localized in the vicinity of the cylinder part thereby fullerene is arranged regularly.
