PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing for an HDD actuator for reducing torque and torque fluctuation, reducing the generation of an out-gas, and capable of stably maintaining excellent lubricating performance over a long period. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing for the HDD actuator has an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of rolling bodies, and a cage formed of a synthetic resin and having a plurality of projections erected in the circumferential direction of an annular ring-shaped base and a rolling-body holding pocket formed of a bridging part formed into a recessed shape by connecting the projections. Urea grease containing a urea compound expressed by a formula; R1-NHCONH-R2-NHCONH-R3 is held on the bridging part of the cage as lubricating oil and a thickening agent being 60 to 120 mm<SP>2</SP>/s in kinetic viscosity at 40°C as base oil, and forms an oil film composed of the lubricating oil constituting the base oil on each raceway surface of the inner ring and the outer ring and surfaces of the rolling bodies.
